With five years of experience behind the chair, I specialize in blowouts, custom color, and extensions across all hair textures. I’ve trained in a wide range of extension methods, allowing me to tailor each install to fit your lifestyle, your hair goals, and your overall look. My approach is simple: elevated, clean, and intentional. I believe hair should feel just as good as it looks — easy to maintain, confidence-boosting, and completely you. More than anything, I want every client who sits in my chair to feel comfortable, seen, and taken care of. Cancellation Policy
APPOINTMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. When an appointment is booked, that time is no longer available to other guests. To respect both my schedule and other clients, the following policies apply:
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve all appointments.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours notice will not be charged.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
NO-CALL / NO-SHOWS
Guests who fail to arrive for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
LATE ARRIVALS
Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their service adjusted or rescheduled. If the appointment cannot be completed due to late arrival, the cancellation fee may apply.
ADDITIONAL BOOKING POLICIES
All clients booking services totaling $250 or more may be required to pay a $50 deposit to secure their appointment. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward the final service total.
OUTSTANDING BALANCES
Any cancellation fees, no-show fees, or unpaid balances must be paid before future appointments can be scheduled.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies and authorize Studio Carters to charge the card on file for any applicable cancellation or no-show fees.
